The City of Worthington is seeking a Radio Dispatcher to join our Public Safety team. Dispatchers serve as the critical link between the public and emergency responders, coordinating communications for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other public safety agencies throughout Nobles County.

Pay Range:$28.37/hr. – $38.39/hr.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving the community.

As a Radio Dispatcher, you will:

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls

• Coordinate police, fire, and emergency response communications

• Monitor public safety systems and alarms

• Maintain accurate records and communication logs

• Support first responders during routine and emergency situations
