Intersection Closure for Construction

The intersection of 4th Avenue and 9th Street will be temporarily closed for construction. The project will involve the removal of pavement, sidewalks, and boulevards, followed by underground utility work. Once completed, the intersection and right of way will be resurfaced with new concrete. A follow-up notice will be issued when the intersection is reopened to the public.
