Notice of Public Hearing – Third Avenue Full Street Reconstruction

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §§429.011 to 429.111, the City Council of the City of Worthington, Nobles County, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 303 Ninth Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026 to consider the improvement of the following described streets by necessary water services, sanitary services and street reconstruction: Third Avenue Full Street Reconstruction, from 11th Street to 13th Street ESTIMATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS $1,318,284.89. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
