Warning! Thin Ice and Open Water!

The aeration system in Worthington's Lake Okabena is scheduled to begin operation on Monday, January 26, 2026.
IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER: Thin ice may occur anywhere on the lake, even in areas where no aeration system is in operation.

Revised FEMA Flood Map

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has certified and approved a Letter of Map Review (LOMR) for work performed on County Ditch 12 in Worthington. This map revision letter resulted in the removal of parts of the city from the floodplain.
