Centennial Park

This portion of the park was donated by industrialist E.O. Olson and his wife, Bella G. Olson, in 1943, 1944, and 1945.

Two floating docks new in 2001, extended in 2008, approximately 150 feet west of Beach Nook and the sand beach to serve boat parking.

Renovated restrooms (accessible) in 2007.
Renovated and expanded concession area to provide sales of prepared food items in 2007.
Expanded concrete patio area, sand beach area, and marginal grass areas; relocated bike rack in 2008.
Constructed recreation trail in 2006.
Installed security lighting for the recreation trail and sidewalk in 2008.
Installed permanent, in-place trash cans with rubber-coated paint in 2008.
